Get registered as a new customer

Please note that access to our B2B store system is only available for commercial customers.
If we do not find any indication of your reselling activity - such as a website - we ask you to upload a current trade certificate of your company at the bottom of this form at the item "Add trade certificate" in the file format indicated there. If unexpected technical problems occur during the upload, you are also welcome to email the trade certificate to register@ruppenthal.com. Attaching your proof of trade directly will speed up your access to our webshop.
If your company is from the EU (does not apply to Germany), please make sure that you enter your correct EU VAT ID number so that we do not have to charge German VAT.
After your registration has been checked by us, you will receive your access data to the internal area by mail to your email address used during registration.
Please also note your spam folder.

Note on the processing time of your activation:
Currently, due to the high number of registrations until your activation, you must expect a processing time of about 3-4 days.

Company details
Info about the shipping name [+]
If your company name could allow conclusions about the package contents, e.g. words like gold, silver, jeweler or similar, you have the option to enter a shipping name. We will then use this instead of the company name, only when shipping.
Your billing address remains unaffected.
It is therefore not necessary to create a separate delivery address for this reason.
